It took 2 hours for an oil change! I had an appointment and I waited on site.
I got some push back from one of your service writers when I asked why my vehicle hadn’t moved after an hour.

My Honda service experience with Ulises Flores-morales was a great experience & very satisfactory! They finally diagnosed it was the ignition & replaced the ignition assembly although it took a week before I could get my HRV Honda I have driven it for the past 5 days & it run smoothly. While the transmission assembly was replaced there was something dragging the vehicle when being driven. Now that the ignition assembly has been replaced the HRV is running smoothly like when it was new. I am very satisfied with the service Honda has given to my HRV Honda.
