Nancy in the Service Department was the one that assisted me. She was thorough and informative as to what my car needed and what was going to be done. Nancy did not make me feel intimidated when I took my car in for service. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills. I was very pleased to see women in the Service Dept. Joel Rushing was AMAZING. My previous visit to the service department was horrible making me not wanting to come back to Honda ever again. First, the dealership was able to get me in the day before Thanksgiving, which I did not expect. When I arrived I was greeted by an attendant who directed me where to go. I spoke to Joel then and he answered my maintenance questions clearly. He was very helpful. The service on my car was completed when he told me it would be and he provided the necessary advisories about future maintenance. They even washed my car. I was very satisfied by the service I received.

Ulices is great. Your car wash stinks again. I NEVER received the copy of the original work order when I brought my car in. Plus when I picked up my car your computer printed out the 2016 lease car I traded in 2019.
