I check in earlier than my appointment at 9:30am for an oil change and tire rotation with a promise completion time of 10:30-11:00am. I was handed my keys around 11:20am. I appreciate being compensated for my time and dealer covering the oil change, but to charge me for the rotation I felt a slap in the face. I did not want to spend another minute there so I paid and waited another 20mins for the half dried off car to pull up. I sit in the drivers seat appalled on what just happened.
This entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t know if it’s the lack of experience with the service advisor team or they need interpersonal skill training. I know that’s their job is to advise, but have some compassion and work on wording and tone/delivery.

The experience was good and Joel Rushing was very professional. I just wish that having a scheduled appointment to get an oil change and fluids checked didn’t take 2 hours. This has been the standard for the past 5 years, since purchasing our vehicle at Diamond Valley Honda. This is poor time management and should not take that much time.
