Joel Williams Jr was working solo for about 45 minutes and he handled the situation very professional. He treated each customer as the most highest priority. I felt respected and not like a **** for taking my car in for service. Joel truly expressed excellent customer service skills.

Joel tried. The 2021 CRV apparently had a problem that nobody has ever seen before. I brought the car in on three separate occasions for this problem.Last Service took 48 hours. Should have provided a loaner after the first 24 hours. Problem still not resolved. Car going back Monday.

Not satisfied with the service at all, no good communication horrible service. I had to cancel my service and get a refund even though I had parts ordered for my service. I will definitely not be coming here again. I had to find a new dealer to get my vehicle fixed
