This was my first time at diamond valley since we moved to Winchester in December '20. There are always anxieties when having to get used to new area, new businesses, new people...etc. Jesse quickly greeted me with a smile. When I got to the counter, I had a handful of items (I was working) and I needed to place them on the counter. He cleared some space for me which was much appreciated. He quickly took my keys and before I knew it, I was in the waiting area and back to work. After what felt like no time at all, he popped over to tell me my car was ready to go. The process was super quick and this was probably the least stressed I've ever felt at a service department. Thank you for all your help today. Awesome job!

I am your customer since 2006 and I have never ever had a complaint but today was one of the worst experiences. I brought in my car today for a service and was advice from one of the service advisers that I needed to get my rear brake changed, brake fluid changed. At the time she didn’t know how much all was gonna cost so I told her to call us before doing any of the services. We did receive a call and she told us a quote of $450 approx and I authorized the service. Around 2 min later she called and told me she told us the wrong quote and the new quote was around $750. So I told her not to do the service but she said the service has already begun and she can’t do anything. She told me that I have already authorized the service but the service that I authorized was for the first quote she said. Been coming to you guys since 2006 but never experienced anything like this before. If you guys want to ask more info about this you can call me at ****-****-xxxx
