Had the alarm system installed but then told that we had to go to the SWDS system to register the system. My husband and I are seniors and have tried but we couldn't do it. We paid the extra money for this and various other insurance to extend the warranty on the car and just feel that they just wanted to sell the product but not give service. It is frustrating.
