Nancy informed me that it was the $2.68 charge at first but then wanted to charge me $70 something dollars because my lease was from another dealership. When I told her I didn’t have the money she fixed my total back to $2.68. She then gave me my keys and started to walk away. I had to ask her where my car was parked and she gave me kind of a wave and said “over in front there”. Luckily I was able to find my car but otherwise bad service.

My daughter was outside sitting on the bench waiting for the oil change to be completed. While outside she observed your mechanic drive up with our vehicle and park it in front of Fix-It Auto. After waiting for over a half an hour to see if anything else was going to be done or if anyone was going to notify her that it was finished she walked inside. All of the paperwork had gone to the service department. NO ONE bothered to let her know it was ready. No text (to any number on file) or walk outside to talk to her in person.
This is RIDICULOUS customer service!

I paid for a tire rotation and it wasn't performed. I was never asked for the key forlug nuts locks. Very disappointing being that I leased my vehicle from this dealership and did not perform what I paid to be performed. That makes me wonder if oil filter or oil was even changed.
