I wanted to say thank you again to Lillian Mendoza, for making it right for the inconvenience that we went through at the beginning of our purchase. We thought when we purchased our used Odyssey van that the oil will be changed, air filters would be new, and tires rotated etc. As they were not done before we purchased. Anyways we found a couple of things wrong with the vehicle the two front seats the panel underneath were coming apart, so we had to bring the vehicle in for service to fix the seats, one was done but the passenger was not so I had to come in again. So I asked Lillian if we can get the oil change tires rotated for the inconvenience that we went through, Lillian asked her boss and okayed it. My mistake next time when purchasing a vehicle a used vehicle I have to make sure all the fluids air filters, tires and placemats are with the purchase of the vehicle. Thank you Lillian Mendoza. They told me my defroster/ac was fine. When it was hot yesterday it did not cool at all. Just blew hot air. I explained in detail what was wrong and what I expected, for AC to actually work. Nancy was not polite from the beginning. She had an attitude like if she was having a bad day or something. She didnt know how to explain anything to me regarding my service.
