Dropped boy car off at 8. Said it would be done in a couple of hours. Called us at 3:30 asking what the check engine light error was saying after we had already told them at 8am and they saw it in person. They kept my car over night. Didn’t offer a loaner. Still could not find out what was wrong with my car. Said I should be fine. Wait WHAT?? We had to keep calling to follow up. Got there to pick up my car and they couldn’t find my paperwork. Very unorganized and I still don’t know what is wrong with my car. I think they just reset the check engine light and sent me on my way. Unsatisfactory!!!

I call to ask if my car warranty was covering the AC of my car and Nancy the person that assisted me told me that they have first to revise the car and see if it is covered, but never told me that only for the revision they will charge me $160.00 If I knew that before I wouldn’t took my car to the dealer. She should mentioned that to me when I called for the appointment and she never did. I took my car there because I was told that the car has warranty and I asked only to know if the AC repair was covered by it. I wanted ti save money and I just lost $160.00 because she did not mentioned it to me before. Really bad experience.
