I came in for an oil change and a tire alignment. She told me an hour and 20 minutes. After an hour and a half I checked with her and she said another 20 minutes. Two hours went by and I’m still there. Then she told me a bunch of stuff about how he was backed up and then the alignment machine wasn’t working or whatever. So I was there three hours. She did give me a minor discount. She said he was the only one that knew how to do alignments. That is somewhat odd because all of the mechanics should be able to do this because I’m sure I’m not the only one there for an alignment.
