Wait time was 3 times as long as I was told. Wheel lock was missing yet brakes were determined to need full replacement and rotor work.

I was a little concerned after I left. The original paperwork was for my 2016 hr-v. an honest mistake since I’ve also had a 2019 and my current 2021 hr-v. what concerned me was that the original paperwork said my brake fluid was low and needed servicing because of the age of the car. She fixed the main page to reflect my current car but just crossed out that box and said to ignore that part. So…..was my brake fluid low or was that a ruse to get my brakes serviced??? I have dealt with your dealership 15 years and purchased 9 vehicles from you over the years. I’d hate to think my trust is misplaced.
