I was told it would take about 2 hours to complete the repairs and it took
5 hours. I was told that this was because I should have emptied my back seat and trunk. No one told me this! It would have helped if I had better instructions from Honda.

I was extremely disappointed!!!I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30am.I arrived at 10:20am to discover that the servicereforestation station was in disaster. By this I mean that it was uncertain if there was a line and which representative was waiting on which customer. In addition, I made the appointed under my new name, but the system did not update it. I have the representative my information only to discover that the system still did not update it. By this, I mean that I waited for over two and one- half hours to get my oil changed!!!I informed the representative that I would wait for my vehicle. The only way that I got checked out when I did was due to me going to the counter to ask about the status of my vehicle. Come to find out, the representative that checked me in went to lunch and had not informed a teammate that I was waiting for my vehicle. My car was sitting in the checkout lane for some undetermined amount of time as I day there waiting to be called. This is when I discovered that my infirmary still had not been updated in the system.
I was very displeased with customer service today.
