This morning when I took my car in I told the person to helped me that I needed the service plus the other issues with the door so-and-so I told her that was gonna leave the car that I needed a ride back home so I set there for a long while about hour and a have almost 2 hours I think I'm not sure and then I went in data when an a** on the front see what was going on with my right going home then she said my car was already done and I asked her I thought they were gonna check the doors because you say what's gonna take about 2 hours to get it check but that was not checked but it really got me in a bad mood was that the car needed a filter I know every time you guys do a normal change you got you should call me said OK your car needs a filter Anyways my filter Do not got change because no one said anything

Your business sent us a coupon for an oil change. When I arrived to get the oil change I was told they only did the happy hour oil changes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s The coupon said that no where on it. So she offered me $10 off an oil change and was not going to offer the coupon. I got very upset because every time we go here we get some kind of run around. Why offer a coupon then refuse to use it? She did eventually give us the coupon price.
