Everyone there today Thursday help me get my rear end brakes fixed on my 2016 HRV. Adam help me get my 2022 HRV sport ready to go Jason the new kid helped me set up the MapQuest my cell phone everything you listen to help my daughter-in-law Hook up her phone and my 2016 Honda which she's taken over so everybody there in the service department was great I got there at 8:30 and I was done by 11 :30 12 :30 thank you I love my new car everyone there always knows me I've been there since 2000 by honda's

Danielle was great. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I had a 10:30 appointment and was there for 2 hours!! After the first hour I stepped outside for some air and noticed my car had yet to be serviced. When I asked about it I was told I was next in line. I had to cancel a doctors appointment because a simple oil change should not take 2 hours. But again Danielle was amazing and said this would not count as one of my free oil changes I was promised when purchasing the vehicle. But I received nothing in writing.
