Nancy was amazing! She was a courteous and attentive worker and she got me out as quickly as possible. 15/10 experience with her and she is a great example of what a good employee is! Thank you for being so kind and understanding when I was in distress about my car!

I was satisfied until I got home and noticed my car had not been washed. They said it would be and it wasn’t. This is the first time this has happened. Every other time it’s been washed.

The wait time overall can be improved. I felt very ignored and unwelcomed after waiting over 10mins to be acknowledged upon arrival. Also, it was very unprofessional to have a guy in regular street clothes moving the cars.

After a part was replaced inside the car. The technicians left the trash and broken piece inside the car. In addition, the second issue we had was not resolved. Nor were we given the option to return to have it fixed. We were brushed off and told to go to another dealership in our area. I don't know if that's because it's an used vehicle that's not a Honda but it is not okay that we were pushed off to another dealership. And the icing on the cake to this issue is we were told when purchasing the car, that it was thoroughly inspected and everything is in working condition on the car. It was clearly not inspected and we were lied to.

Ulises Flores-Morales was great and very professional. I just don’t understand when I have an appointment it takes 2 hours to get an oil change completed. Your service department has all the equipment to complete the service and your inspection in 20 minutes. I would like to hear why it takes 2 hours and sometimes in the past 5 years longer to complete this.
