I got a text saying that my car was serviced and ready to go. I said OK great I'll Be down either tomorrow or Friday to pick it up. Then I then I questioned whether or not the tailgate sensor had been replaced. She then advised me that it had not and that the technician wouldn't be in for another week. I was kind of upset because had I came down to pick up my car it truly wasn't complete and ready to go. I live over an hour away so I told her it's really inconvenient to bring it in so I guess I'll just leave it. She said no problem that's fine we'll take care of it but having said that I'm out my car for another entire week. If I'm being honest, I'm disappointed in the service provided. We have purchased multiple vehicles from diamond valley and I'm not really happy with the service moving forward.
