My lyft inspection document wasn't completed at check-in. I had to come back to get an incomplete document making me late to work. On top of being insulted about the document for lyft, she says" is it even worth it to do lyft? 1st of all don't worry about how I get my money. 2nd how I make my earning/living is my business. 3rd of she needs to learn how to give efficient, customer service and pay attention to details. I was inconvenienced having to come all the way back for her negligence. And she didn't come get me when the car was ready it was sitting in the front waiting for me and I had to be at work. Not Cool!

I received my car today and it’s missing the piece that you press on to change the panel reading for miles driven, gas available etc. Not sure why that was removed to fix the power starter, but was told I have to go back tomorrow to have you see what happened to that piece. I was also made to feel like it was lost prior which is not the case and I have video to show the issue my car was having which shows it in the panel. My car also use to turn on panel rings without starting the car as long as I had the key on me but now its all off.
