Jessie displayed professionalism;yet aired a congenital attitude. Jessie listened to the work I wanted done on my Honda,then explained the procedure. He also informed me what had to be done on the 100:000 mile check and cost. What impressed me at first with Jessie;is when I was standing in line; he acknowledged me and said I'll be right with you. Jesse was very polite and seemed concerned about any problems I was having with my car. He also made sure I had a 'loaner' car so I could take care of my business. He communicated with me throughout getting my car repaired - and made sure I knew what was going on. He always had time to answer questions and make suggestions.

The security system we received was supposed to be on the vehicle at time of purchase, however prior to leaving it was discovered that it was in fact not. We were told someone would come to our house in Calimesa within the following week to perform the installation and that someone would call us to schedule this. We can need up having to chase down an appointment, only to find out that A. we couldn’t be seen for several weeks and B. we would have to bring the vehicle to the dealership. To top it off, we were told the installation would only take about 40 minutes. It took more than twice that long, resulting in me having to leave work to pick up one of our 3 kids from school, since the installation went well over the expected/promised timeframe. My wife didn’t even get a rundown on the features or any details of what was installed. Was just handed the keys and a card to show where to install the app on her phone. This did NOT go well. Considering we were squeezes to pay TOP dollar for a meager “accessory pack”, you’d think we’d at least get top dollar service out of this.
