They where suposititly going to fix the underneath splash gard which had fallen off from thr front and do our change which they did I assumed the person told me they didn't have to replace it I assumed again the where able to just put that one back I left just to get home and find it in the trunk of my car they never told me or asked if I wanted to replace it which I was willing to do they had me there for over 3 hrs with appointment I finally had to go ask the person what had happened no onehad come to talk to me then he said it was ready im very upset and disappointed in ur service I will not return

I was told tire needed to be replaced and it wasn’t under warranty because the tires were from the factory and not purchased at the dealership. I was told they had the tire but they didn’t also I had to buy a lug nut key because I never got one when I purchased the van. The service department ordered the wrong lug nut key so now I have to wait another week to get it.
