Was told my back breaks were at 4 when they were recently installed and at 10mm. When Ulises went to verify for her another agent came over and tried to mansplain discrepancy away stating since they did not rotate my tires if wld not he accurate and only a visual estimate . Still highly unlikely it shld be thad dad off . The suggested additional service items were sent to me via text bo time was given to review or approve then before a text came stating my car was ready. The engine air filter clip in back was not properly closed . I was told there us a nail on my tire left side but neither I nor Ulises could locate it .
Upon my drive home it appears the car is not shifting into gears and I am going to have to have it rechecked .

Your team is always on point and the mechanic took me and explained to me what needed to be done. And gave me a time frame of how long I could wait until the repair needs to be done. The only thing that kk d if upset me , was that they didn’t catch the problem the previous week when I brought the car in to be serviced . It took an outside tire tech ( after replacing my tires to point it out. But I will definitely be bring my car to you for my repair

Went to have my A/C in my car looked at because it would have problems on 100+ degree weather. After the diagnostic was completed, the A/C is not working at all now.
