I was the first car to arrive before the doors were even open and did not have an appointment. I was told my car wouldn’t be touched until the afternoon because I did not have an appointment. I informed the customer service agent I would have to wait for my ride for a little while. As soon as I left I got a notification about my inspection and only a few moments after I arrived home got a call my car was done. I would have appreciated the notification my car was being worked on so I did not have to ask a family member to go out of their way and take time from their busy schedule to give me a ride home only to turn around and go back. That was wasted time effort and gas. Other than that the service was decent. Ulises is always a big help and has excellent customer service.

I appreciate the service. However, I would have liked to be kept informed of the progress as I dropped off the car at 9:30 am and heard nothing until I called to inquire at 5:25 pm if I would get the car back today. After leaving a recorded message I was finally called and told car was ready around 6:00 pm.
