Ada was totally outstanding with the communication between myself and the Mechanic with problems questions and concerns with the electrical aspect of interest car. It’s very frustrating with this car. I am trying to stay positive. This morning I tried starting my car but it wouldn’t start until I tried 3 times. So far the alarm isn’t going off. I don’t know if I can have this car any longer. I’m keeping me fingers crossed. I rate Ada a 10.

Took 3 hrs for a oil change , had to ask them what was going on and noticed my car sitting in driveway done yet they couldn’t find the keys . Manager had to help find keys . On the drive home the tire pressure light came on after I paid extra for filters, brake fluid and tire rotation. I don’t live close to the dealership but I leased the car through the dealership so I’m letting you maintain the vehicle. Very disappointed. Took 3 hrs and they car didn’t even get washed .
