Uli is amazing I absolutely love him unfortunately when I got there it did not show my appointment in the system I did not get my issue resolved and I was not kept updated without having to come to service and ask continuously Ulysses was not there in the beginning so I relied on other people to tell me however that did not pan out so well as soon as Uli got there everything got better
