I won’t be recommending your dealership to anyone and won’t be back. On the phone Nancy said she could not find the TSB that applied to my 2018 Honda CRV audio screen problems and said it would be $180 to diagnose it unless they found a TSB on it. I quickly googled it and told her the TSB number. Once she had that she put me on hold for a few minutes and when she came back she said the service would be free. I asked her 3 times and she said there would be no fee so I went ahead and set up the appointment. When I arrived Jesse said it would be $85 and he could not guarantee it would fix anything and wanted $180 for a diagnostic. I told him Nancy said there was no charge and he just said he’ll be talking to Nancy about it. I told him that was pretty bad customer service and he simply let me know it would still be $85 and no guarantee it will fix anything unless I pay the $180 for a diagnostic. Seems like a typical dealer bait and switch. I was not happy about the situation and no one offered to make it right either. Poor customer service from the service department.
