Was sold car under false pretenses

From the moment I initially brought my vehicle in I was shocked at how rude the Service department staff was to me. The treatment got worse when I brought the vehicle back and I had to file a claim with Honda Corp for the air conditioning issue. The representative from Honda Corp was an excellent representative and resolved my claim with me no problems. The day the vehicle was ready my service advisor and I were having a disagreement, she continued to speak over me and would not allow me to speak. To avoid listening to her speak to me in an extremely aggressive manner I hung up. I then received a voicemail from service manager Mike who took the rude, aggressive approach to another level. I have never had a manager ask me what my hand in the loaner car mix up, am I going to take responsibility and how do I expect him to take the loss and eat the $50. He continued to further admonish me by saying I don’t expect to have you as a customer after this, you go your way and I’ll go my way. I thanked him for taking time out of his day, I apologize for any hardship I may have created. My 10 year old son was in the car with me, he heard the entire conversation and asked me why Mike the service manager was so rude to me. My 10 year old asked me what I did to make him so mad and I replied I’m not sure. I have never ever had any issues in the previous years having my vehicles serviced at this dealership. I now feel I cannot trust the service staff to service my current vehicle and the next Honda I plan on purchasing this summer
