I feel my service personnel was difficult to get a hold of, I think she was overworked had to many customers to service. When I called and talk to a different service personnel other than Nancy they would tell me something different than what she was telling me regarding my vechile. I feel communication was poor between staff members. And when Nancy was off I called and talked to a different staff member and asked her a question and she said she would call me back but she never did (didn't get the name that person). I just feel like everyone there seems streelssed and overworked
