Steven was great, very friendly and forthright in his dealings with not only me but everyone I saw him interact with. I’m sure he’s an integral part of the dealership as he’s the type of employee anyone would be blessed to have. I hate to even say anything but this is the second time I have had a disappointing experience. From when I call to dropping off my car and picking it up, I feel as if I am a bother. I bought it used from Gosch Toyota. To be honest I take it there for everything unless it is a recall. I don't like going to Diamond Valley Honda. Everyone in service is this way. Not very personable. The young man that brought my car around was VERY polite and friendly. Only him.

It was a little upsetting that I was told it would only take 2 hours. Then I became a day in a half. I was very thankful I was able to be put into a rental very quickly. I was able to get to my appointments on both days since nice I had a rental. I’m just glad my car is fixed.

Didnt solve issues with vehicle & was told the same thing over and over. Car had misfire issues i had replaced old ones with new ones ( aftermarket) dealer insisted on oem spark plugs would change the problem but it would not because the spark plugs installed were only 2 weeks old . 100% sure its not a spark plug issue but dealer kept insisting it needed oem plugs. just another dealer money hungry and not caring about customer service.
