Nancy went above and beyond customer service. She needs to be the spokesperson for the helpful Honda person! There was an error on the self scheduling online and it allowed me to make an oil change appt for time past the service hours. Nancy got me in anyway as she knew my schedule was extremely limited and I wouldn’t be able to get back out to diamond valley dealer at a later date. I hope Nancy gets recognition for her outstanding service!

He is Super rude, I told him my radio is not working properly and he said we cannot check on Saturday and I said every time I bring my car and ask you guys about my radio it cannot be done (bring it different days of the week) and he raise his voice at me loud enough so everyone start looking at us and said. You are not understanding, we have a guy that comes Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I look around and everyone was looking so I said oh you mean, you have a new person that you didn’t have before and he said yeah. But, since I got my car I had problems with the radio, it turns on but if I drive an uneven rode the radio stars making a noise and doesn’t work anymore and keeps making the noise when the radio is off

Took four hours for an oil change and then they tried to tell me there was a lot more things wrong with the car, seems like they always find something every time I go in, regardless. They always find “something”. I also feel that you overcharge for a simple oil change so we will not be coming back.
