Nancy was polite, helpful, and efficient at the front desk. Tall Brandon really impressed me with his cheerful greeting as I drove up at the entrance. Then he continued the entire hour to keep checking back with me to make me aware of how my service was going. At the conclusion he answered my questions and bid me a heartfelt thank you. Also, I want to compliment short Brandon in the Parts Department. Both times that I have purchased a part from him, he went out of his way to help me.

Nancy was very rude I had a sleeping baby in one arm and she had a big attitude because she couldn’t find My new vehicle in the system and because I was a few minutes late to my appointment I explained I have been there before with my previous car but not with the new car and she really just had a bad attitude overall. Maybe I’ll get my car serviced at Riverside Honda where I purchased both my vehicle from front this point on. I don’t appreciate being treated like crap when I could easily go anywhere else to get my vehicle serviced
