Jesse on the other hand needs to work on making customers feel more welcomed. Two services in a row now, he’s seemed to be unhappy, rude, and stand-offish. Maybe it’s time for some customer service refresher training.
I will continue to remain a loyal customer to DVH in-spite of.

Had a problem with my transmission went in to get a new one and my car feels completely different you can feel wouldn't shifts it doesn't drive the same anymore .....I guess it's okay because it drives but it's not the same and I still oh over 20k on the vehicle
