I waited at least 20 minutes before someone approached me and asked if I had been helped. There were three attendants at their desks and not one of them looked up to see me standing there. I was not very happy with the customer service I received. I don’t know if I will be back. Poor customer service.

Ulises is professional. The only issue I had was that my items on the door was thrown on the floor of My car. I also found a screw and was told to come back because they forgot to put it back in. No complementary car wash.

I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time and I not only did not receive updates or a time it as ready.. we had to call the salesman to find out the status of our car only to find out it wouldn’t be ready until the next day I had to miss a day of work.. they also didn’t have the right information of the problem of my vehicle .. extremely bad service!! Very unhappy!!
