Overall the service was fine. I have brought my cars to Diamond Valley Honda for quite some time now. This time I brought my Ford and I was bummed that some of my questions weren’t able to be answered. I have been hearing squeaks from my breaks for a long time. I asked about the breaks and was told that since I have drums they can’t tell me what the quality of my breaks were on the back. However, on my analysis sheet it said my breaks were great and had 7mms of meat left. I get that the multi-point check is extra but I was really hoping for more information about the noise I heard. I thought it was a common sound that could be diagnosed or at least guessed at. I was also told my transmission might need to be changed but they were not sure because it is not a Honda. Thank you for the car wash and oil change. I am hoping to be able to get more information about my car in the future.
