The multi-point safety inspection text didn’t work, the team was not notified about the added services that I wanted. I didn’t receive a phone call either which would have been helpful. I went to pick up my car and the only service was the initial oil change that was done. I had to make an appointment to get the rest of the services done which is a bit inconvenient.
