Nancy S. was of NO help. We call to schedule an alignment and was able to get the special price during the call. And when I arrived she didn’t received even bother to say or tell me that there is a special promo or that I was approved for a special promo price. I have to go to the counter after almost 2 hours to check if my car is done. And yes, my car has been there parked and done per the Honda staff outside. NO right manner or conduct. Unprofessional. No explanation as to what was done. Unprofessional and deals with the service of your car. That’s scary or she just don’t know what she’s doing. I got my hinda yhere and serviced my cars there since 2012.

Our car started glitching since the last maintenance on it with Diamond valley Honda. We thought it would eventually go away but it kept doing it and we also had the battery tested to make sure it wasn’t the battery and it was good still. Now on our recent maintenance, we have to be charged for a diagnostic when it literally started right after it was maintenance with Diamond valley Honda.
