I am happy that this mess did not cost me anything but time. I had researched the problem myself, and the likely suspect was the Karr antitheft device that I purchased with the car. I even saw that Honda does not recommend adding this redundant feature. I told Jesse what I had found but they said they had to investigate more. I made an appointment for electrical issues and I should have been told that Friday, the electrical guy wasn’t there. Otherwise, I appreciated the ride home the previous day. And I felt that service did care about my problem. Thank you!

I hit something on the road soon after I heard dragging, I went to Toyota and they said they did not have time to look at it. So I proceeded over to Honda and they took my car in immediately, to my surprise a screw was knocked off. Nancy is wonderful, quick, and efficient! Technician was unable to replicate or figure out why my car gets stuck in park and won't let me switch into reverse. Sometimes it takes me 16 times to brake and push my start button before it allows me to get it to move into reverse. I can't believe that they can't figure out why this is happening. I have a 100 thousand miles warranty on the car. So I want it solved before I run out of warranty.
