Wait was a little long that’s about it. Tire price was good. Carlos was good and Frankie was good too. I did have to inquire about progress a couple of times. Service was good overall but I noticed the next day that the TPMS was not reset. Got low pressure warnings but manually checked all was good and I reset the system.

Not very friendly. Hope to see better friendly customer service next time. Sad, had high hopes for Honda than KIA. I was treated like family there. Honda it’s like another person showing up. Had appt for oil change and to fix headunit since it’s not working properly nor does the auto headlights. The lady talked me out of getting it done. If someone is setup for an appt act like their concerns/problems matter. Do better Honda!

My vehicle is a 2018 Honda Civic. It's not new. I know it's not Diamond Valley Honda specifically to blame for not being able to get the part that will fix my air conditioning for a full week. It's tough to swallow when we're experiencing 105 degree days and I'm without a/c. Just venting.

The experience was transactional. The agent on the phone and in person did not even verify my name. I’m not blaming the agents. This all comes from the top down. Also, my engine light was on and it was still on when I received my vehicle and there was no mention of it.

My check oil light is still on the representative told me to go to different car lot to have it turned off due to her staff didn’t have the time my car is still saying maintenance required it was a waste of my time also when I check the oil level it was showing half way full I have never experienced anything like this
