Bobby was great. Your price was high. I came down today to give you guys a try since I always purchase my cars from your dealership. I live 3 miles from DCH Honda and usually go there for oil changes. They charge me $39.95 for synthetic oil change for my insight and both of my other civics. I brought in the coupon they mail to me every other month to see if you guys would price match. You guys did not price match. Needless to say, my oil changes will continue to be done at DCH Honda.

I was not satisfied as I dropped off my vehicle for it to be fixed and when I got called back to pick it up only one of the two main issues was fixed. The moment I drove off the dealership parking lot the issue with the stereo volume appeared instantly as if it was not worked on. Spoke with the service manager who asked that track the issue again this weekend and email him and tell him again what is wrong. This only means I have now have to take time off from work again and I was charged a deductible fee of which the service rep told me when I took the vehicle in that there would I wouldn’t incur any cost and when I picked up my car she said “didn’t we have this conversation. Then asked me to split the cost with the service department and only pay half. This is not customer service.

Danielle was AMMMMAZING. I just wish I could have had a call to say hey we found an aftermarket alarm here and some codes other than that nothing. Just so I had the ability to process the fact that I never had anything added but the selling dealership obviously did.
Again Danielle was 10/10 fabulous you should probably give her a raise because her customer service is literally the best.
