The latching mechanism to drop the glove box down a little bit more to access the cabin air filter is bent and won’t latch anymore. Also when my cabin air filter was being inspected, it was laid on my dusty engine bay which now has bits of grease and dirt on it now.

Ulisses did fine. I was surprised and disappointed that it took nearly two hours to install, balance, and align four new tires. I had already ordered the tires. Lyndsey said they were set aside for me when I made the appointment earlier in the week. I arrived on time for my 7:30 AM appointment. Perhaps that job is allotted for two hours, so the mechanic took that long.

Answered. Came to find out that she was gone the entire day, but I was unaware of that. Also, Ulysses was going to follow up on a question I gave him, and he failed to get back to me. This was disappointing at the very least.
I am having my original DVD player installer verify Hondas conclusion. I will get back to you if these two are not in agreement.
