My ignition is giving me trouble. I wanted a new key. Instead of giving me the key, I was told I probably needed to replace the ignition. I asked for a an estimate. I was ushered into the seating area. After about 20 minutes, I checked with the counter and was told a technician would look at my car. I asked how long? Was told about an hour. Went back to the seating area then returned to the counter to explain that I was expecting to pop in, p/u the key and be done. II explained that I had a lot to do and couldn't wait. I was again told I probably needed to replace the ignition. I asked for estimates for key replacement and ignition replacement. Got an almost $300 estimate for the key. Counter person couldn't reach the dept. for the ignition estimate. I asked her to phone me with the estimate. No call several hours later so I called again. Went to voicemail. Next day someone returned my vm but didn't have the estimate. I explained again. She tried to get an estimate for me but other dept. didn't p/u. Said she'd call me. More than 24 hours later, still have not received estimate. I found a company to rebuild my ignition including a new key for just over $300. Please delete my info from your records. I have NO interest in doing business with any co. That wastes my time.
