I had my oil change plus break pads replaced (rear). In my visit prior to the last one I was quoted $289. it went up to $329. However, when I was ready to check out, the price went up to $369. Which was corrected to $329 right away after I mentioned the quote that was given to me in the beginning. I appreciated it. It is concerning how the rates differ between few months to few hour that I was waiting at the dealership.
Besides that, Angela was pleasant and very professional. She went over the entire service. She came out to greet right away and quick to assist.
I read all the reviews of Diamond valley Honda…most of them are great but the ones that are not are almost all about the cost and charges.

My car has a cracking noise on the power steering when you turn the wheels all the way to the sides and i addressed the problem when i pick up the car they told me that there’s nothing wrong with it drove my car home and i soon as i pull into my garage and turn the wheel the noise is there
