Diamond Valley Honda Auto Repair Service

Was quoted an hour 15 for a oil change and tire rotation and waited for completion and when I went to the counter an hour and 20 minutes later to get a status they said it was almost ready I sit outside to wait and I see my vehicle 10 minutes later just then making its way into the mechanics bay to complete service. I go inside to ask for another update and again said 10-15 more minutes .. one thing is making a mistake and forgetting a car another is lying and stalling ..won’t be coming back again as this wasn’t the first time something like this happened.

He was very competent and welcoming. Any questions or concerns I had, he was ready to answer in a genuine and kind manner. He also understood my situation and request, while also having great attention to detail.

Was able to get the things asked for done, and get my car back the same day, this was the only plus to the visit, Steven answered all the questions I had while there but the communication was done after the 420pm call. At 420pm I got a call that my car was done and if I wanted to get the transmission fluid done, I still could. I asked how long it would take was told okay an hr. Just after 6pm I called and called to just get a recording and no person. I ended up just showing up at 630pm since they close at 7pm (keeping in mind it looked closed when I got there as all the blinds were lowered, few lights were on) just to find out my car was ready and the paper work was all that was needed. No talking about what went on, every question I asked got a short response, no multi point inspection which they at least give you a copy of but I received none. Was not told was what done on my car and the outcome, when I tried asking about it was just told they'd need my car for 3 to 4 hours another day, when I asked about avaliablility and bringing it in, was given a vague well any day. The fact that I have no idea what was even done to my car, was not told my car was ready and had to show up just to try to get answers isn't something acceptable
