Steven was very professional and helpful. I have nothing against him he did his job 100% I am though very upset overall with my Honda. They clearly do not make these cars like they used to. To blow a head gasket at 70k miles is unbelievable. And the worst thing is Honda would not help at all although there are numerous complaints for same issue from other Honda owners. I will never buy another Honda again. And as far as extended warranty if the vehicles were made as good as before they would be backed by a better factory warranty.
