Honestly I am frustrated. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle, but service can't get the needed part. So my vehicle just sits in the service department. The date keeps changing on this back order part, and I feel helpless.

I had my 10 year old son with me which is normally not very patient and knew it would be hard for him to wait for a 3 hr service. Not only did Lyndsey Hiatt make him feel comfortable by being extremely caring and friendly, but she offered us a comfortable area to wait in and hot cocoa & snacks which made him very relaxed. He forgot we were even there for that amount of time and I especially appreciated her coming in and checking on us from time to time giving us status updates. Lindsey’s customer service skills & personality are top notch!

I woke up at 5:30 and delivered my car at 6:30 for them to not inspect my car to see if anything is wrong because they don’t have the parts. The notice should really tell people that they don’t have the parts yet before making people go there for nothing.
