Ulises was great, his customer service was awesome!! He greeted me and jumped on getting me checked in and taken care of . He followed up as promised & when checking out let me know about a noise I was requesting for them to look in too & he took the initiative to test drive himself to pin point the noise and it turned out to be my right side axle. He was so kind to let me know about my extended warranty which covered the cost of axle and also some leaky shocks. Ulises handled the calls got my parts ordered and I was able to return the next morning to get that handled. Ulises called me as soon as my vehicle was ready.He did my paperwork and I was on my way. You need more associates like him he was ther as promised 7am and I would highly recommend his services to family and friends . You can throw in a raise or atleast ???? please let him know he was the best associates to help so far from all my car’s services since buying my Honda in 2019.
