Everyone at the counter was rude. They all seemed bothered by people coming in. An Elderly gentleman asked for an update and the associate said “patience is a virtue” that’s extremely rude. The associate with tattoos was the one that responded rudely like that. He was the same one who “helped me” and was very snobby to me as well, as if I was taking too much of his time.
