Steve was very professional and competent in his presentation of what would be taken care of, and the approximate time it would take. That was very important to me. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, as well as replacing the air filter and cabin filter. All was done in the given timeframe. Stephen walked me to my car which had been washed and was ready for pick up. I have no complaints at all about the service or the service advisor.

YOU absolutely blantantly lied about my car. You did NOT fix the skid plate and put it back on my car with extra clips, but LEFT it OFF my car completely, and let me drive off with it. I only discovered this when I went to do an oil change and I was told there was NO SKID PLATE
