I was never able to get a hold of anyone, and there were a few times I was told I would receive a call back or an update on the vehicle and did not. Ulises was friendly, however his ability to communicate timely was so poor that I would prefer to have a different service advisor in the future.

My experience at DVH was tremendous. There was a mix up with the service order and I had to make a second visit. I’m very busy, so normally this would have been such an inconvenience, but Lindsey provided a rental and even a tank of gas for my troubles. I get it, these things happen, but making it easy and stress free are why I will return to DVH.
