Danielle and the whole team there did not communicate at all, I was left in the dark all day. I tried calling and texting but no response until the end of the day. I was promised a shuttle would pick me up and it never happened so I had to pay for a Uber. I will not use this dealership for service again

The service completed was not explained to me. Did not go over the inspection results nor what I needed next. In addition, did not fully explain how the windshield replacement works because I am getting the runaround between Sagelight and left several messages to the dealership and no one has returned my call. So my windshield is till needs repair and not resolved.

The service advisor was great. No issue at all and excellent service. I asked to have my car washed, but when I got home and looked over the car, it was still completely dirty. No car wash was done and therefore I had to go to my car wash and spend extra money to get the exterior cleaned.

I payed for a tire rotation and oil change. I washed my car yesterday and I only have 1 scratched rim. When I washed my car I noticed the rim was in the same spot its always been so the tire rotation was never done but I was still charged for it.
