Had like an oily film all over the windows. My Honda came in fairly clean but when I drove home I had to wash it because my wife was taking it out of town for several days. This was at 6:30 pm as my oil change was at 4:30pm.I also was not happy that I paid almost 100.00 dollars for an oil change. I'm disappointed to the point I don't think I would use your services again.

I got charged for an oil change but the car is still under the Honda care program so it should have been at no cost and when we asked they said I have to go back during the week to get refund, now I have to miss work to get my money back. also, the mentioned on the report that the bolt for the air filter was missing but when I bought it and tried to place it I found out that they had broken the bolt when they checked the air filter so I had to spend more money to fix their mistakes… the last 4 times I’ve taken my car for service there’s always something, the oil drain plug was not tighten properly causing to leak oil, the plastic rock plate was missing bolts, they didn’t put back the security key wheel lock…
