I asked them to take a look at two problems I had, and were part of the reasons I brought the car in. Neither of the problems were mentioned after the service was completed. When I asked about the problems they said I would have to bring the car back to evaluate the problem and the second problem I was given a theory as to why the problem existed.

I don’t think they are completely inspecting the cars, my horn was check that it works, when I know for fact that it doesn’t work. Also part of the diagnose was a crack spark plug, I personally change spark plugs a couple weeks ago and I literally pull out each spark plugs my self to inspect. This been said is hard to trust the integrity of a diagnose. I might be wrong about over all diagnose but I’m going to get a second opinion for diagnose and probably to perform the repairs.

I brought my vehicle in for a water, slashing noise and rubbing sound that was coming from the passenger front tire. I also brought my vehicle in for a recall notice which you guys did not have the part. After I left, the car continued to have the same exact noise. So I took my car in for an oil change at a tire depot and tire rotation, and they told me that the wheel well lining was rubbing against the tire and they simply pulled it back and it fix the problem, I was pretty much shocked because I was assured that Diamond Valley did a thorough examination of my vehicle. The lining that was rubbing against my tire was so blatantly obvious I’m shocked that Diamond Valley did not find that. Question if I should take my vehicle back to your facility.
